WHAT YOU GET

Built around how your business works

  • Single point of accountability from discovery through UX design, development, QA, launch and post-launch support
  • Reduces manual admin through property management systems and transaction platforms built for real workflows
  • Property tech expertise: listings platforms, tenant/landlord portals, and integrated transaction management
  • UK team with nearshore capability in Spain and Ukraine means timezone alignment and no time-zone handoff delays
  • Owned by a Centre of Excellence that enforces quality and security standards across every phase

Real estate software carries real operational risk. A property listing that goes live with poor UX costs you tenant inquiries. A transaction platform that crashes during peak season affects revenue. Property management systems handle sensitive data and money. Many teams treat these as separate vendor deliverables: a UX designer here, a dev team there, QA somewhere else. Accountability gets fragmented. Evolved Ideas takes end-to-end ownership. We own the discovery process that shapes your product roadmap. We own the user experience that agents and tenants will use daily. We own the build quality and security because we run QA. We own the launch itself and the months after. When something doesn't work, there's no finger-pointing between contractors. You have one partner responsible for the whole outcome.

Why Property Tech Projects Need Full Ownership

02

Building for Property Management, Listings, and Transactions

Property tech requires deep understanding of how real estate actually works. Listings platforms need to sync with multiple portals and handle agent workflows. Property management systems must track maintenance, tenancy, compliance and finances in parallel. Transaction platforms sit in the middle of money, legal agreements and tight timelines. We build software that reduces manual admin because we understand why it exists in the first place. We work with SME MDs, product directors and operations directors to map current processes, identify friction, and design systems that agents and tenants actually want to use. That discovery phase shapes everything downstream. A property management system built without understanding your compliance obligations will fail in production. A listings platform built without knowing how agents batch-upload and edit will bloat your support tickets.

Nearshore Delivery Without Loss of Control

Your proptech project doesn't live in a silo. You need regular visibility, clear handoffs, and the ability to pull in new requirements as your market changes. Our delivery footprint spans the UK (Leicester HQ), Spain and Ukraine. That spread gives us timezone coverage and means we can scale your team without the permanent hiring cost. But we don't hand off to a faraway centre and hope it works. You get a named delivery lead in the UK who understands your business. Our Centre of Excellence enforces the same quality, security and scalability standards across all locations. Nearshore means you get the cost flexibility and skill access of distributed delivery without losing the relationship and accountability that matters in real estate.

LOCAL INSIGHT

Working with businesses in the UK

Property tech in the UK is driven by pressure to digitise manual processes and comply with evolving lettings regulations. Real estate teams need software that works reliably at volume: handling dozens of transactions, managing multiple properties, and keeping tenants and landlords informed. Managed project delivery suits this sector because proptech platforms touch money, legal obligations and customer reputation. A property management platform or listings system that fails silently erodes trust faster than it's recovered. SME property directors and operations leaders don't have time to manage vendor relationships across design, build and support separately. They need one partner responsible for delivering software that reduces admin, scales as the business grows, and stays secure.

OUR PROVEN PROCESS

From first call to ongoing support

Our process has guided startups, scaleups and enterprises from concept to reality, and continues after launch.

  1. 01

    Discovery

A free 30-minute consultation followed by a stakeholder workshop, where we listen to your challenges, validate assumptions and build an outside-in view of your situation.

  2. 02

    Plan & design

We scope the project, define milestones and deliverables, then research your market, wireframe the UX and prototype the UI so the direction is agreed before a line of code.

  3. 03

    Build

We assemble your dedicated team, establish reporting and work in iterative Scrum sprints, delivering a working MVP or proof of concept you can test with real users.

  4. 04

    Launch & support

We ship, sign off, and keep your product current through our support service or a permanent extended team as your business evolves.

FAQ

Questions we hear most often

Still unsure how this would work for your business?

How do you ensure property management systems handle compliance and security correctly from day one?

Compliance is built into the discovery phase, not bolted on at the end. We work with your operations team to map the regulations that govern your business (lettings law, data protection, financial audits). We then design the system architecture so compliance is baked into how data flows, not a separate check. QA includes compliance testing: we verify the system enforces the rules you need to follow. For a property management system handling tenant deposits, rent collection, or maintenance records, security and compliance aren't features. They're the foundation.

What happens if market demand or tenant feedback forces us to change the product after launch?

Real estate markets move fast. A listings platform might need new filter options after your competitors add them. A property management system might need to handle a new tenant screening requirement mid-year. We build that flexibility in during the design phase by separating your core business logic from the features that are likely to change. After launch, you get ongoing support that covers both maintenance and feature work. If a change is small (a new field, a workflow tweak), it often fits in the support retainer. Larger changes become feature development work, priced separately so you know the cost upfront.

How do you know if a property tech platform is actually solving the operational problem or just moving it around?

You find out by testing it with real users before you go live. We run user testing in the build phase, not the launch phase. Your agents, landlords, or tenants use prototypes and rough builds to tell us what actually works. We see where people get confused, where they go faster, where they need shortcuts. A property listings platform that requires six clicks to upload a property hasn't solved the manual admin problem. A tenant portal that can't be accessed on mobile removes friction for desk workers but creates it for tenants. Testing with real people reveals that mismatch early, when you can still change direction. That's why the discovery and UX phases matter as much as the code.

Can you integrate our new platform with third-party services like payment processors or listing portals?

Yes. Property tech platforms rarely live in isolation. A listings platform needs to sync with Rightmove, Zoopla, or your CRM. A property management system needs to integrate with rent collection platforms and accounting software. We map those integrations during discovery and include them in the build. We also assess whether you should build and own the integration (more control, more cost) or use a third-party API (faster, less custom work). For a transaction platform handling money, that choice has real security and compliance implications. We help you make it based on your risk tolerance and resources.

What does ongoing support and maintenance actually cover for a property management platform?

After launch, your platform will need fixes, performance tuning, security updates, and feature work. Our support retainer covers production bugs (issues that break core workflows), performance monitoring (so your system stays fast as data grows), and security patches (so tenant data stays protected). It doesn't cover major new features. If you need a new workflow for maintenance scheduling or a complete redesign of your landlord portal, that's feature development, priced separately. The retainer keeps the lights on. Feature development builds on top of that foundation.

Why should we choose managed project delivery instead of building a software team in-house?

Building an in-house team makes sense if property tech is your core business and you're hiring for decades. It makes less sense if you need specialized skills for the initial build and then a different shape of team for maintenance. You need UX researchers during discovery, frontend engineers during build, security specialists during QA, and DevOps engineers during launch. That's an expensive, hard-to-hire combination if you're a property company. Managed delivery lets you buy exactly the expertise you need for each phase without permanent hiring costs. You also get access to our Centre of Excellence, so your code gets reviewed against the same quality standards we use for fintech and healthcare. That matters when you're handling tenant data and money.
